As an animal lover, Thom has opened his home to friendly pigs, goats, lion and tiger cubs, monkeys, and even a hybrid wolf. In his free time, Thom loves hunting and skeet shooting. Ever inventive, Thom also enjoys molecular gastronomy and has built his own curing chamber for pancetta and prosciutto de parma and has added a 3d printer to his collection.
